Homebuyer Assistance Program
Houston’s Housing and Community Development Department (HCDD) Administers the City’s Homebuyer Assistance Program (HAP) for eligible low-to moderate-income families. If you are a first-time homebuyer, are able to obtain a home loan, and are of low-to moderate income, you may be eligible to receive assistance.
Up to $25,000 in Down Payment Assistance
Through the City's Homebuyer Assistance Program you can qualify for up to a $25,000 grant for your down payment assistance on select homes throughout the City of Houston.
